Project planning, time tracking and invoicing are connected in our setup. AI agents create tasks and keep the status up to date, while the team makes the decisions.
Starting point
Project work creates a lot of admin: maintaining tasks, tracking time, writing invoices. That time is then missing for the actual work.
We wanted planning, time and billing to be connected, with AI agents taking over the routine work without losing the overview.
What we did
- Project planning in which AI agents create, update and summarise tasks.
- Time tracking linked directly to projects.
- Invoicing based on the tracked time.
- Self-hosted, like the rest of our platform.
Outcome
The project status is always current without anyone having to update lists by hand.
Along the way we gain experience in how AI agents can work reliably in daily operations, and that experience feeds into our consulting.
